Custom Garage Build Process

Our garage building process can be broken down into 6 relatively simple steps

1. Obtain Permits for Garage Construction
The first step is to obtain a permit. Prairie Land Garages, Inc. may begin construction once all essential garage building permits have been received.​
2. Create a Schedule
Every project requires the use of a schedule. Prairie Land Garages, Inc. is well aware of this. Each step of a project is scheduled by your project manager to ensure that the project runs smoothly. He will call you to let you know when and what you are scheduled for, and to also respond to any questions you may have.​
3. Start Garage Deconstruction
Our skilled demolition crew arrives and safely removes the existing garage and concrete slab. All construction debris is removed by us, so the concrete crew can begin..
4. Lay Concrete for Garage Floor​
Our professional concrete crew arrives and prepares the area for your concrete installation. Your garage floor is laid in accordance with all local construction codes. After the concrete has been laid and is ready for construction, we will organize the delivery of the items needed to build your garage.
5. Garage Building Begins​
Every project requires the use of a schedule. Prairie Land Garages, Inc. is well aware of this. Each step of a project is scheduled by your project manager to ensure that the project runs smoothly. He will call you to let you know when and what you are scheduled for, and to also respond to any questions you may have.
